Step 1: Choose the type of product you want to promote.

To do that go to the website: www.amazon.in or www.amazon.com and choose shop by category in which you are most interested. This very important because what you choose here is going to be the topic of your website in the next step. You can also look at the commission rate of all products by Click Here.

This will help you knowing the percentage of commission you can earn from each sale. Once you have selected the category you can go the next step.

Step 2: Creating a website or blog

Now create the website or blog according to your interest and to your budget. If you want to start with minimum investment, then go with WordPress or blogger. They both provide online web designing platform with no cost.

Now it's time to applied selected product on the website. Since I have selected books as my topic and I have created my website called www.liveviar.com. Even this website is also affiliated with amazon you can the banners and products to amazon in the left nd right section of the web page.

Step 3: Sign Up for the amazon affiliate program

You have to go the www.amazon.in or www.amzon.com, then scroll down to the bottom f the page and click on the "Become affiliate". Then click on the "Join for now" button. and complete the process. Once you have done with that, you see the dashboard of the affiliate program.
