Health is your Wealth


Being healthy means being both physically and emotionally fit. A lot of people has a wrong say about Health that being Healthy means physically fit. Following a Healthy lifestyle should be a part in everyone’s daily life. Taking care of yourself, taking your health positively and feeling good for your own is so much important in today’s time. Doing most of the time in a right way for your own health just not makes you healthy but also reduces the risk for long term health problems or weakness and plays an important role being a protective shield which keeps you protected from deadly diseases.

If you ask about HEALTH, then the term “consistency” defines it all. You must be thinking that why am I saying about consistency? Yes, you heard it right!



   “Following an Exercising or any form of Physical Activity Routine”

By including any form of Physical Activity into your daily Schedule, and Following it on a daily basis, making it as a habit, will eventually make you Physically fitter and stronger than ever. It is one and the best way to be Healthy. Yoga, Running, walking, cycling, playing sports like cricket, football, volleyball, baseball, basketball, swimming or any indoor or outdoor games will be so much beneficial for your health. Do it for yourself because it is for you and for your health, Do not follow it by listening to others. Others will ask you to go to gym and do hardcore exercises because it’s their opinion and it may also happen that, what they are doing must be suitable to them only and it may not suit you and your body. Not Everyone is capable of everything. So, what you take interest in and what suits your body allows you to do, At least do that much. Give a minimum of 1 hour of soft exercises for at least 5 to 6 days a week. So, start doing it from today.
 
TAKING ENOUGH NUTRITION
 
 Your body requires specific nutrition for specific body parts. Nutrition is one of the major factor when it comes to Health. Your body works tremendously and also indicates what it requires. In everyday life, just like your wants, your body also demands for nutrition or in other word which we call as food to maintain and allows you to work throughout the day.

Start including fruits in your diet, fruits like apple, banana, orange, Kiwi, Guava or any fruit you love to have, because consuming fruits will provide you all the necessary vitamins and Minerals which your body requires, Fruits gives you good fats and carbohydrates. Include Vegetables, Green Vegetables especially, Vegetables are one of the best sources of nutrition with all the good calories which includes fats and carbohydrates. Last and the most Nutrition sources are protein for your body. Protein helps you build muscle mass and reduces fat mass.
